What is EverBlue Tours?

EverBlue Tours is a luxury travel design company specializing in custom journeys across Mexico, the Caribbean, Polar Regions, and handpicked global destinations. Every itinerary is built privately, tailored to your pace, interests, and travel style.

Do you offer pre-made packages or group tours?

No. All EverBlue trips are fully custom and privately designed. We work from a blank page to create exactly the trip you want — not a preset package.

 

Who designs my trip?

You’ll work 1:1 with a dedicated travel designer who manages your journey from planning through return.

How do I start planning a trip?

You can request information or book a consultation with one of our travel desingers. A travel designer will reach out within 24 hours to begin shaping your custom itinerary.

How far in advance should I plan?

We recommend planning 3–12 months ahead for most destinations, and 12–18 months for Polar Regions or holiday travel.

Are all itineraries fully custom?

Yes. Every itinerary is designed around you — accommodations, activities, timing, pacing, transportation, and experiences.

Can I combine multiple destinations?

Absolutely. Multi-stop itineraries are one of our specialties.

How do payments work?

Most itineraries require a deposit to secure accommodations and services, with final payment due 30–120 days before travel (depending on supplier policies).

Are payments refundable?

Refunds follow the policies of our hotel, cruise, and activity partners. Many deposits are nonrefundable — your designer will share all terms before booking.

Do I need travel insurance?

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance to protect against cancellations, delays, medical needs, and unforeseen events.

Do you sell insurance?

We do not sell insurance directly, but we can recommend reputable providers.

What support do I receive while traveling?

Your travel designer and local partners provide support before, during, and after your trip. You’ll receive a detailed itinerary with emergency contacts and real-time assistance.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation terms depend on suppliers (hotels, guides, cruises, etc.). We’ll always provide clear, written terms before booking.

How does EverBlue approach sustainable travel?

We partner with eco-conscious hotels, guides, and operators who prioritize environmental, cultural, and community stewardship.
